HISTORY:
KSS has been providing Door Supervisors and Static Security Personnel to places of public entertainment and retail parks since 1999.
Trevor Roberts and John Spackman established Applied Integrity Security Services Ltd after they had noticed there was a market for providing professional Security personnel to places of entertainment throughout the North West. They had the vision that if they could recruit, train and monitor the right individuals they could develop the company and benefit both client and Security Personnel in providing a first rate professional service.
Trevor Roberts who has a background in the training of self defence and security services has been in the security industry for over thirty years. He is also a professor of the Martial Arts in (Jujitsu) and was inaugurated at this level in 1992 by the I.B.F. in Elmera (Holland).
He has represented England in Jujitsu and Sambo wrestling, achieving the level of Grand Master 8th Dan. He currently holds seminars with the Police and various Military (Arms Of Service) on a variety of self defence and security orientated modules.
John Spackmans field of expertise is within the recruitment and personnel services with over twenty years of experience he is also the Managing Director of Keymen Group who have companies in the security, Investigation. recruitment, printing and care management services.
The companies field of expertise are- Door Security, Static Security and Security Training (When required).
DOOR SECURITY / STATIC SECURITY
All personnel provided by Keymen Security Services are fully vetted both reference and Criminal Records Bureau (C.R.B.) All personnel have received full training in Confrontational Management, Searching Policies, Fire Safety, Health & Safety and First Aid. All our personnel are all Security Industry Authority (S.I.A.) approved. All staff are fully conversant with the meet and greet philosophy and are trained to carry out their duties in a smart and professional manner.
All contracts are carried out after a formal site visit by one of our Security Consultants. This is to ensure the correct staff are given and the exact needs of the customer are met and understood.
Charges are per person per hour and are subject to the clients requirements. All staff are covered under the companies insurance policy covered by Groupama Insurance Company Limited Policy Number 99BCC00804/6106 and this provides the following cover: Employee Liability: Limit of Indemnity 2 million pounds, Wrongful Arrest: Limit of Indemnity 10,000 pounds per claim (100,000 pounds in the aggregate). A copy of this policy can be provided upon request.
STATEMENT OF PROCEDURES
As a company we aim to provide Security Personnel to the highest standard. All our staff are issued with the agreed specification of uniform and equipment for the designated establishment. They are also issued with an incident book which is completed on each working shift. The incident book states the start times, finish times, the names of Security Personnel on site and any incidents to report. The incident book is designed specifically to be used as an official document in a court of law and to be used as evidence for any incident that may have occurred.
Keymen Security Services will also comply to the security procedures of the establishment. This will be set out in the agreement between the company and the client i.e. toilet checks, stop and search policy and patrolling.
We will also ensure that we know where all fire exits, fire extinguishers, power cut off points, water points and medical cabinets are located in each establishment. Risk assessment via start of contract.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
As a company we aim to provide the best for our clients therefore we have and adhere to our complaints and disciplinary procedure. If there are any complaints / incidents we need to know first we ask our clients to put a report into the incident book that has been provided by and sign and date the statement. Alternatively you can speak to the Security Manager on site who will log your complaint / incident and try to resolve any issues for you. If this proves unsuccessful our Head Office will deal with the complaint / incident. This will involve-
Filling out an official complaint / incident form sent to you by post.
On reviewing your written form we will advise you of the action taken regarding the matter within 28 days from the date the form was sent.
